As a Recruiter, you play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other care staff. You will manage the full recruitment. The recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles and other key positions within the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with hiring requirements, and supporting the onboarding process. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the Recruiter ensures a seamless transition from candidate selection to onboarding, supporting HR in maintaining compliance with federal and state hiring regulations.
